question about weigh-in

I am out of town at the moment for the holiday. Monday mornings are my weigh-in times. However, not sure what to do since I am not at home to weigh-in today. Should I just weigh-in when I get home (at the same time I normally do?). Or, skip this weigh-in and wait till next Monday? Thanks!!

    Skip a week.

    You could weigh the morning after you get home, you always need to use the same scale.

    If it was me, I would weigh in when I got back. I weigh myself every day. I know people say you shouldn't do that because your weight can fluctuate, but it's what works for me ... and I don't freak out when I gain a pound or two, because I know it can fluctuate. It just helps me stay on track. There's my two cents for what it's worth. :)

    I agree with countrymom1. I weigh everyday; however if you weigh only once a week, I would do so when you get back.
