Hello MFP Community. Starting a new journey today and that is working towards a healthier me.
Im a (30 something) wife and mother of 3 beautiful children, all under age 6. Im an insurance professional and just need some help & accountability to help jump start this weightloss process.
Starting is always the hardest, Im aware but Im commited and determined.
