I listen to audible, and a couple great books are Keto Adapted and Keto Clairity. Also Grain Brain and Wheat Belly will rely open up your mind about grains and the ill affects thy have on your body. I have been on Keto about 6 weeks and it is doing wonders for a lot of problems I was having with pain and severe brain fog and dizziness. You Tube has a lot of great videos on it. If you a women check out Healthfulpersuit and feliciannurse for starters, I think you will like them. Good Luck,Stay Strong and Master the Jouney0
