Well I've been back 25 days and after my initial weigh in and losing the plot I've lost nearly 3stone in the last month I've managed another 11 lbs. I weighed myself this week and not lost but I'm not despondent about this as I've maintained. Need some more exercise ideas but I'm restricted due to a crumbling disc in lower back with sciatica and arthritis in my knees and ankles.......any suggestions?
