What are some good foods to eat that do not have a lot of sodium

Most plant foods have very little sodium. Meat has some naturally occurring sodium but not too much.
If you are watching your sodium your best bet is to cook from scratch, avoid canned, boxed or frozen things and cut the amount of salt you put in a recipe by half.
