I'm retired, so every day is the weekend for me. That being said, I LOVE my Terratrike Rover- a "tadpole" trike- it's recumbent with two wheels in the front and one in the back. I try to ride at least 45 minutes every day, but it's not always possible- I'm in Florida and it's summer, so if there is something I have to do in the morning, then it gets too hot to go out in the middle of the day. I use it a LOT more than I used my regular 2 wheeled bicycle- no sore arms or aching seat area.2

Rowing (on the water), just like during the week! Also, working in the yard - digging, planting, weeding, carrying rocks to rearrange planting beds, etc. Bike rides and walks are fun when I can fit them in, too.1

Lately taking walks with my kids while they find pokemon lol we all have a great time and walk miles. I also love to hike, I live in Colorado and have some seriously breathtaking hikes pretty close to home. I also ride horses.2

Might be a lame answer, but playing Pokemon Go! I hardly even notice that I'm actually exercising since I'm having so much fun2

Long bike ride, hike, scramble, climb, swimming, lake bagging, even a paddle in a canoe or kayak. Weekends are opportunities to get to beautiful places, sometimes to spend the night outdoors.

Cycling...I try to get in a long ride on the weekends...sometimes (often) the to do list prohibits me from being out for hours as I would like though. Also hiking in the mountains. I don't do it specifically for the calorie burn...I just like to ride and I prefer to be active in general rather than sitting around being bored.
Also, I have three TT races coming up for the remainder of this summer that fall on Sundays before we get into tour season this fall...and a little CX if things work out this year.1 -

Playing with my kids. They're 10, 5 and 18 months. We dance, do gymnadtics, wrestle, play at the park1

Walking places I would normally drive: the gym, the grocery store that's farther away, taking the train into Uptown. I have the luxury of time to get from point A to point B.2

I don't have weekends because I don't work but I love going on hikes or even just long walks. I also enjoy my lifting sessions at the gym.1

Hiking!!!!!!! I'm in Indiana so there aren't any major mountains or anything, but we have nice country areas that have awesome parks with nice wooded steep inclines.1

Mountain biking! Love going up to the mountains, camping..fishing...Getting some cleaner air. I also spend longer times running with my dogs.2
