hello everyone my name is karen im finding it hard to lose weight
im so sick of weight watchers pointing my food all the time
id prefer counting cals being honest ect

Im in the same boat as you and i have also 3 stones to loose. I've also tried weight watchers - found it laughable.

I did weight watchers once too and although I did lose about a stone it becomes very tedious and I agree that counting calories more fulfilling and gives more control. This is a really good site as most of the foods we eat on a day to day basis are in the database already so logging them is a piece of cake (excuse the pun lol) and after a while you kinda start to make the right choices automatically and you can see at a glance where you've gone wrong and right. Viewing other member's food diaries is also quite inspiring and motivational.
