Hello! New to the MFP community - looking for support

Hello Everyone!
I am looking to lose 30 pounds and have been logging for 61 days. I am getting back into the routine of weekly exercise, but I am realizing that I need some support to help me stay on track. My name is Jennifer and I would love to hear more about how to participate in the MFP community.

    Hi Jen, been on here for about 31 days and this app works really well. I tend stay just under my calorie count and with exercise so far lost 4.5 kg. With the friends you make on here everyone is very supportive even when you can be having a off day. All about focus and your determination to succeed. Good thing is you can pace yourself. So just go for it!!
