Calories Burned Accuracy

Today is my rest day, and it has been very sedentary, so I wanted to get my 10K steps in. I just wanted to see if anyone as used this website to track calories burned on a treadmill. I couldn't find walking (3.0 mph, 3% incline) in the database and I don't like to rely only on my Garmin device for calories burned since it's not as sophisticated as other equipment. Here is the link to the website:

Obviously I know that I can't get a 100% accurate reading for calories burned, so I can make do with an estimate. I walked at the same pace and incline for 70 minutes, and to me it *seems* to have grossly overestimated how much I burned since it was a low-intensity workout (~640 kcal). Does anyone have some knowledge to back this up?

Why not just follow how your weight changes over the next few weeks and an just your calorie intake from that? It's the most accurate way possible.

Right after I posted this, I had the exact thought. I should probably ease up a bit! What I'm doing right now seems like a great start regardless of needing an exact number.
