Not sure how to log my exercise

So I've been doing jillian Michaels video workouts at home, I have her Ripped In 30 video and her kick boxing video. My normal daily workout is doing 1 of the 3 kick boxing workouts, and then right now I'm on week 1 of her ripped in 30 workout next week I'll move to week 2 and so on and so forth and then my children and I go on a daily walk. The walk I can easily log, I use another app that tracks my walk and then it logs it into my fitness pal for me. But the other work outs I have no clue how to log. Can someone please give me some advise or point me I. The right direction? Thank you in advance!!!

Hey! I just started the jillian michaels ripped in 30 and yoga inferno. The best way to log those are by purchasing a heart rate monitor to use for your workouts. I had great progress when I did that. I had to order a new strap for my polar so it should be in this week! In the mean time I would just be sure to log food and make sure you are eating enough. Her books recommend oatmeal and/or a protein shake with unsweetened soy milk directly after your workout.1
