Hi all! I'm back to MFP after a much too long break both pre and post pregnancy. My little guy is now 9 months old and even with a rigid workout routine, unlike my good ole early 20's, now at 29 it's become apparent that my diet needs an overhaul. I've decided that counting macros is the way to go for me, but with rudimentary knowledge and the sense of being overwhelmed with it all, I'd love to hear and meet those of you in my boat :)im 5'11 and my CW is 176 with a GW of 155.
