I think I like MFP.

I've been doing MFP a couple of weeks. It has really helps me to be careful of the foods I eat. It shows the benefits of the exercise I do. I'm eating less and exercising more. I'm losing weight. Wow!

    I looooove MFP. I'm trying to convince my friend to go on it. She so far has refused. I've seen results and I like that it is very user friendly and the pages aren't noisy, if you know what I mean (lots of adds, garrish colours etc..)

    I agree. This is the best tracker I've used so far--the food database is huge and it isn't visually crazy like others I've seen.
