6 months ago I weighed 306 pounds. Today I weigh 256 pounds. WOW. Just writing that number makes me feel amazing. Just wanted to share my success with everyone else and hopefully inspire others to realize that you can do the same with just a little determination.

I still have a long way to go, but at least the road is getting shorter! LOL
