Hey
I'm Kate,
I'm 28, 5'2 and 132lbs
I've been on here a few times but I have trouble sticking to it. Id like to get down to 120 or a little less. Mostly Id like to tone up and just feel better. I've always had issues with my weight/ appearance and I'm so sick of wining about it and not doing anything.
I'm hoping to make some friends so we can help keep each other on track and stay motivated.
I tend to be fairly active but I'm also pretty lazy and I eat and drink waaayyy to much. I would love to live on a diet of bread, steak and beer... which really isn't working out to well for me lol
