Any tips on what are the best exercises to get rid of a muffin top and back fat.

    Use this app to track calories, eat less, lose fat in general. You can't target where it comes off unfortunately. If so we'd all have the physique of our dreams.

    Yeah I have to agree with @Tavistocktoad, if you still have back fat/muffin top hanging around, the only thing that will do that is calorie deficit.

    You can start some sort of body composition changes through lifting weights. Sorry to say no spot reducing of the fat either..

    People are different when it comes to loosing fat and loosing back fat might need a little more work. Remember muscle burns fat and also increases metabolism. Try to find out if your gym has a back row exercise equipment. If you can't find that try some wide grip push ups. Remember the goal is to increase muscle to burn fat which will get you that toned back you are looking for.
