Hi everyone... I've been slowly losing the many weight since having my daughter last June, but have noticed that for the last 9 months or more, I wake up in so much pain, I feel stiff as a board and my whole body is sore, along with extreme cramping in the pelvic area... It takes me hours to start feeling normal and not completely out of it. It is making me so upset because I have no idea what happened... I had an emergency c section and I did notice that the place where they inserted the spinal block has never NOT hurt... They missed the first time and it sent a shock/jolt through my body causing me to involuntarily shake and then they had to hold me to re-do the spinal... Now that it has been a year and I am getting worse, I went to the dr and she suggested fibromyalgia... But I just don't know if that is it... Could this be the doing of he spinal block/ emergency c section... And I'm just not "healed" yet? I go back to see my dr in a few weeks... But I am so frustrated and in such pain... Excercise and weight loss have not helped, nor pain meds... Sorry to ramble and I hope I make sense.... Just looking for support!!!

Thank you so much Sugar_Pill, I actually do partake in Yoga!!! And I have the trigger point foam roller that I use in the am and on the evening... Plus I work out with cardio/strength training. That's why the last year and especially the last 9 months have been crazy with all of the pain... It's surreal... But thank you so much! I will look into it and make an appt with my gyno! Thanks again!

I wish I could help. I hope you find what's wrong. Do you take any potassium or magnesium for the cramps? I'm ALWAYS sore. Some days more than others, but always. I feel best when I eat and drink food with high micro nutrients. I switched back to eating and drinking organic and it helps even more. I had pains from my c-section, but they resolved over time. I don't think you should still be hurting unless the scar tissue healed weird and is affecting surrounding areas. That's just a thought. Good luck with it though, keep us posted if you find out what's up. :)

Thank you so much @Iliketomoveitmoveit I eat organic and have a very strict diet as well... I am definitely wondering if the scar tissue healed weird as well or like the above poster pointed out Myofascial pain... I looked it up and it fits everything to a T!!! I just feel like I am losing out mentally/emotionally because although I love my life and feel blessed to have my daughter and my husband, etc.... I am in agonizing pain that limits me... And with an infant.... Trying to slowly "wake up" due to the deliberating pain is ... Well, not possible... So I'm at the point where I know this is not normal and I'm just trying to figure out what he heck is going on... And wondering if it could be due to the spinal block being inserted wrong... It's like I can still feel the block/spinal pain/needle and sometimes feel a shock come over my body... Which stops me dead in my tracks... Plus the cramping... It's like PMS all month times ten... Sorry to ramble, I just don't have an outlet anywhere else and I have to put on the happy/strong face at home and to others.... Thank you again ladies for responding! It's greatly appreciated!!!
