Broken toe?! =(

Hey guys! I just broke my toe and I still want to work out but not being able to stand on it has got me at a standstill, I can stretch and such but if you have any ideas I'd love to hear your input!!

    Sit ups, crunches, push ups (ON YOUR KNEES hehe), body twists, um...hopping on one foot would probably get your heart rate up.

    Don't worry your toe will heal but in the meantime you can still workout... just not as much... get some rest hun!

    Ouch! I know how that feels. Try focusing on core and arm exercises until it is fully healed.

    For cardio you could try doing the reclined stationary bike. (the one that is positioned like a recumbant) Just a thought

    I did the same thing a few weeks ago. all the info they gave is a good suggestion. I also did water aerobics and water jogging.
