What is your single most biggest challenge for losing belly fat?

Please be as detailed and specific as possible. Refrain from saying things like "I hate to exercise" or "I don't like doing sit-ups." Be as specific as possible so that everyone in the thread can understand or relate to your plight. (i.e. "The most single biggest obstacle I have for losing belly fat is that I can't get myself to do ab workouts because I think they're too hard and I don't like doing sit-ups or crunches because I worry it'll strain my neck. Plus, I eat plenty of foods high in sugar, saturated fat and trains fat.")

I would say my biggest obstacle to losing the last amount of belly fat would be that the combination of my husband's OOT work schedule and my lack of access to weight facilities keeps me from being able to work on a 5x5 recomp system. Changing the latter on the weekend and getting a gym membership nailed down- team no excuses0

The only obstacle in losing belly fat is being generally overweight. You can't target belly fat so the question is moot.0
