Fat burners?

I previously had one that was sort of included in my preworkout. Is there any brands you'd recommend? Or opinions on it? :) Anything helps.

No. And no not anything helps. "Fat burners" don't do anything. You lose weight by being in a calorie deficit. Some of the so called "fat burners" can actually be dangerous.

And there are some...there was a girl in England, oh, it burned fat all right. It burned everything else, too. Burned her alive, from the inside out. What a horrible way to die. An Australian man - oh, it burned all right. Burned his liver right up. They had to transplant in such a hurry that he got a liver with hepatitis.

Do you think that if there were any product, anywhere in the world, that money could buy that would burn fat that Oprah Winfey would still be obese?

Or anyone else that could afford it, for that matter!

Not everyone loves that delivery, but the message tends to stick.

There is nothing that you can ingest that will make you burn fat faster.
