Need Help!

Looking to loss a lot of weight and I'm not talking about 10 pounds. I'm tired of not being able to do the things I want to do. Just need the motivation, the push, the drive and the support. I'm frustrated with myself for always putting it off, saying ohh I'll start next week but what if there is no next week. I need to do this for me and I need to start this today. I have bad knees, bad back but willing to try to push through. Add me if you would like to help me get started, thanks and good luck to everyone!
