Not eating enough calories but not hungry

At the end of everyday, my calorie tracker says I still have 600-800 or so available. It says I need to eat more, but I do eat when I'm hungry, I just get full really quick. What do I do?

More calorie dense food...nuts, olive oil, avocado are some good options.1

Peanut butter
Full fat dairy, more fatty cuts of meat1 -
600-800 calories left out of how many? Having 600 cals left when you're supposed to eat 1200 is a big deal... less so if you're eating 4000 cals per day.
Are you pretty confident that your logging is reasonably accurate? i.e. are you logging everything you eat and making reasonable efforts to measure how much (volume, weight, etc) you are logging?0 -
It's out of 1900, and yeah I measure everything using a scale and measuring utensils0

If you're not hungry and not feeling any ill effects, I wouldn't overthink it too much. But yeah if you're worried about it just add a couple TBS of peanut butter to something and you'll get your totals up there in no time.1
