I'm in the same boat. Start (for a day or week) then quit. I need to do this though. I'm incredibly unhappy. My weight has fluctuated 50 pounds up and down over 6 years. My goal is just to have a healthy bmi, look good in clothes and feel confident and go camping with my class. I need to lose 60 lbs
I started watching my sugar intake and it's helping me start losing. I need to lose a lot of weight and don't want diabetes.

I started a month ago and I already lost 14 pounds out of about 100 that i have to get rid off. I don't have any deadline but I'm hella motivated and I'm active here on MFP so feel free to add me, peeps! ✌0

Don't treat this as a start/stop exercise. Get into good habits that you can keep up for life.

Hi! I'm restarting my journey as well & I truly think I continue to fail because of my lack of support. I've said since I had my daughter (19 months ago) that I would lose all this weight I gained. Well I'm still holding onto it. It is depressing and I get so down on myself but if I log everything, even my mess ups it keeps me accountable like I can't hide it from myself. I WOULD LOVE friends along this journey. Please anyone and everyone add me lol. I have ~55 lbs to lose and I fear I can't do it alone!0
