small container of plain Balkan yogurt or lite yogurt whatever you prefer... add a clove of garlic or more if you love garlic... add some Italian seasonings.. dried or fresh.. stir it up... add it to a big bowl of romaine lettuce.... shred fresh not powdered parmesan cheese on the top... bacon bits if you want.. and its so incredibly yummy

My favourite is Bolthouse's salsa ranch dressing. 25 calories per tablespoon.

I usually hate low calorie dressings. I'm a full fat ranch lover and hate the light stuff but I have found two dressings I actually REALLY like. Ken's lite honey mustard is amazing also Olive Garden Light Italian. I usually can't stand Italian but this one is so good and flavorful. You can see the Parmesan and stuff in it and it's only 30 calories for 2 tablespoon (2f/2c/0p). Just thought I would share because when I first started watching what I ate salads were a way to get in a good amount of veggies and nutrients without being super calorie heavy. Anyone have any other suggestions not only for myself but for others who might have the same problems finding good alternatives.

Those are actually my top 2 favorites as well! I also love Kraft Lite Balsamic Vinegarette. I think its 20 calories per serving and it tastes delicious on almost everything!

Low-fat french dressing + a soft boiled egg. The egg adds protein and bulk to the salad but when the yolk mixes with the french dressing, it is super tasty, almost like a Caesar salad!

Ken's Lite Apple Cider Vinaigrette. It's low calorie AND pretty low sodium, 80 cal/125mg sodium per 2 Tbsp.
