When i started working out at the first of the year three minutes on the eliptical was more that enough for me:grumble: . Now 20 days later i ran for longer than i ever have at 5.5 on the treadmill:bigsmile: . I know it isn't much but i was very impressed with myself which has become a huge motivator. Also my reps on the strength training machines are getting easier too! I can't wait to see what the next 20 days will bring me. Who knows maybe i will run that 5k with my mother come spring!
