I am completely new to the messages boards. I have been logging my meals for 18 days in a row, and as I am working on building stronger healthier habits. I find myself stuck when it comes to getting moving. Anyone else feel that way?
With three kids and a dog this should be "easy" right? But man -it is not.
Looking for a little help and support from others out there. Maybe even daily practices that you started with and were able to build on???

    I'm new, too. I find it's hard to get to the gym, but my kids do like to take walks and I feel Mom guilt when I tell them no. So their support is asking me to walk. :)
