Anyone use it? Particularly the HR monitoring ones. How accurate is it for you if you set a goal with it and stick to the deficit and prompts it gives you? For instance, I'm trying to lose 2lb a week which requires a 1000 cal deficit. It calculates my BMI, how many cals I've burned, I log food, and it tells me how much over or on track I am to lose the 2lbs a week. It also tells me when I would achieve my goal provided I followed it until then. Wondered if anyone has success stories with this! I'm on day four and it's been really fun for me and helpful

    I love my Charge HR. It definitely has kept me moving. The data it collects is amazing! I got mine in mid-May. I've already lost an additional 10 lbs. I do all the challenges which add to keeping me active. :smile:

    I've had a Charge HR since last July and I love it. I was 131 pounds when I bought it and now I weigh 108 pounds. It has definitely helped me increase my activity level and I enjoy all the data. The calorie amount has been spot on for me as well.

    I got mine in February. I didn't trust it at first but noticed I was losing at a much faster rate than I had planned. Started eating back more of the adjustment (I do all my food tracking on MFP as I hate fitbit's) sent over and found my loss rate fell right in line with my goal.

    Love it for the motivation it gives me to move more and how I can keep an eye on my heart rate and sleep patterns.
