New to the site-- I am a 45 yr old mom of 2 great teenagers, I have about 30 lbs that need to go somewhere other then on me! I am a stress eater, and sweet snacker with an addiction to diet coke! I've always been plump since the birth of my first child. Guess I am still trying to lose that pregnancy weight!!! LOL I used to get on the treadmill everyday for 45 minutes but a blood clot in my leg in december grounded me for awhile and I am having a hard time getting going again, not to mention the weight gain of sitting for 4 months with my leg up!!

    Welcome. This is what we have
    in common; I need to lose 30lbs. Computer says 40 but 30 thrill me! I live on diet coke and sweets. I eat to be eating.
    You know the story. This site is gr8. There r many people w/so many similar issues.
    I help w/ encouragement. I need it as well !!
