I lost 48 pounds since 3\16\16 when i began using myfitness pal. went from 215 to 167 !

I'm so thankful for this app. it had really helped me track how i eat and it is paying off. 48 pounds lost in almost 4 months and still losing! I'm on a 2300 calorie intake everyday.i now portion my food and basically still eat all the food that i love to eat ! its a win win! its nice to go from xxl to lg on shirts that i wear.i have to buy new clothes cause my pants are all to big now lol!

    I watch my sugar intake better. I start my day with cottage cheese and blueberries . a bowl of cheerios. I cut out bread for the most part and eat mostly a flaxseed wrap. I think the most important part is portions. I still eat pizza and burgers and all that good stuff. I love chocolate, but now i just do dark chocolate . Once i started keeping track of what i was eating , losing the weight became easy.

    I work as a landscaper.i have gone to the gym about 3 times in those 4 months.i treat my job as a workout.
