I can't for the life of me figure out what NSV means. Help!

    non-scale victory--in my opinion the best kind of victories, since they don't bite you back the next week with a weight gain.

    Yeah, I had to ask too when I first joined up on here. I was like NSV??? Huh??.. I had to ask my husband, cause he was here longer than I was. Those are THE coolest though, they really help with motivation!
