Hello! I really need some buddy motivation. I have been doing very well, but all by myself. I go to the gym 5x week, use my Polar tracker, eat reasonably well! I am 51 but folks say I look younger. I know I am in the best shape I have ever been but not at goal yet. My goal is to do a fitness competition. Anyone else??1
