Hi guys I'm Tebogo from South Africa. I have been trying to loose weight for dome time now. Being a big procrastinator I haven't been successfully. My current weight is 96 kg and my goal is 75kg. I am challenging myself to go to gym every day for 90 days and eating healthy. I know I have potential to do this. I just need to keep reminding myself that I can do this. I hope this forum will help me achieve my goal. I'm on my 3rd day and already feeling good.

Keep up the good work mate.
If you manage to keep up for 2 or 3 weeks, you'll start to feel great at every workout and it's going to be a natural motivation. Keep track of your food, maintaining a diet is the hardest (I know that too well) and never give up. It doesn't matter if you fail at a moment and get a cheat meal, but try to get back on track as soon as you can then.0 -
