I'm 157 (down 1 pound since I started) and want to get under 140 lbs.2

I started at 170+ pounds and then got down to 120. I've gained some weight back in the last year and I'm up to 140 now, but with much more muscle. I started lifting this year and I ran my first half marathon this May. I'm hoping to get around 125-130 pounds and become stronger and faster.8

Currently 129.5, goal is 125. I was there in February.
My highest non-pregnancy weight was around 170.3 -
I'm 5'5.5 153lbs Small framed and I'd like to get to 135lbs and maintain. Highest non-pregnancy weight that I recall was 168lb. My lowest "adult" weight was 120. (This was my weight at 21 at first prenatal appointment).0

Currently 195.5 wanting to get to 140-150 because I felt the best at that weight4

I had originally lost 60kg (132 lbs) between 2004 and 2008 (136 kg down to 76kg). Then got married and had a child in 2011..... back up to 99kg (218.5lbs) over that time. I started back in May of this year and am down to 89 kg (196lbs). At 43, and with a 5 year old, my only real goal is to get to 77 kb (170 lbs). My body is able to regulate there and I feel fit, and energetic at that weight. Even though I am still listed at "overweight" at 170 lbs, back before I had my daughter I was doing triathlons and half marathons.... so that is my goal. I don't care if I can't wear a little black dress, I only care that I feel good.7

I started this at 216 and I’m currently at 172, so 44 lbs down!
My lowest adult weight was about 10 years ago when I lost 40 lbs and weighed 145. Then I blinked and it started climbing again :(
Ideally, I’m shooting for 135 this time around, but, honestly, don’t even really know what that will look like as I’ve been at least somewhat overweight for most of my life. As I get closer to that goal, I’ll re-assess.

I'm 5' 5.5" with a large frame and very large calf muscles. (I joke that I could lose 10 pounds by cutting them off). I started at 227 pounds and am currently down to 187 pounds. My first goal was to get below 200 pounds and now I am setting short term goals at 20 pound increments. My temporary long term goal is 150 pounds at which point, if I get there, I will see how I feel and look and decide what I want to do at that point. In high school I was always chunky even though I did track/field and swim and stayed fairly steady at around 155 pounds. I figure if I can get back to that condition I will be a lot healthier than I was before I started.5

I'm currently about 135. I'm aiming for around 127. I started at around 193.7

SW 175, CW 166, GW 155ish. I fluctuate a lot and honestly if I can swing between 150-max 155 I'd be a happy girl!1

I started at 256. I've been down to 132 but am currently 175. Working with my doctor and doing the bod pod it looks like 125 will be right for me after I have the excess skin removed from my less. At 135 I still had a higher fat percentage and carried excess weight on my hips and thighs. Sure wish there was a way to lose from the knees up :-). I always lose from the neck down so I look thinner than I am.0

Started at 202.5. Currently 148. I am happy with my weight but would like to lose around 8 pounds of fat.5

I guess I have a larger frame and carry a lot of muscle (and boobs that have always been there, even when I was a competitive swimmer) - at my fittest ever, I still weighed around 165 when I was 16.
After years of my teens/early twenties being yelled at by charts and WW and medical people that I should be between 125 and 140, it's nice to finally have a doctor be completely on board with saying 175 is likely a very appropriate weight goal for me. All my bloodwork and labwork and health in general has always been completely healthy even at my top weight, so I do feel thankful for that.
When I do get there, I'll continue evaluating, of course. My goals at that point will completely shift to strength and athleticism (instead of being shared with actual weightloss which is distracting) and new goal decisions will be driven by that.
Wanted to share because I spent years being confused and disheartened because I never saw anyone with higher weight goal like mine. We're all different and we just have to find what is good and right for our own bodies!

SW: 170ish CW: 154 GW: 125...but I would like to add muscle back when I get down to 125, so I hope to maintain at 135.2

Started at 219 years ago, lost 70, kept it mostly off but this past year it's crept back up a bit (20lbs, divorce, you know how it is..) got back into tracking and have lost those 20lbs in the past 100 days. Currently sitting @147, goal weight is 135. I may re-evaluate when I hit 135, as I now suspect it may take me getting quite low to lose the annoying belly fat.5

Started at 230 in March, 197 now, goal 145 - to start. As an adult under 32 I happily maintained between 115-125 but I don't think I will be able to happily maintain that weight in my 40s.0

Right now I'm 158 (TOM weight should be leaving any day now). My goal weight as of right now is 150. However I still have quite a bit of fat on my thighs/hips; pear shape unfortunately. I've taken up strength training recently so I'll re-evaluate once I get down to 150. I've been thinking I may need to shoot for 140-145, though. I started at 240 so I've definitely come a long way.3

Right now I'm 190. I started at 210. I got down to 159 (my lowest that I could remember since like middle school haha) in May of last year. Got a full time job, stopped working out and the weight came back on quick. Now I'm trying to get down to my goal weight of 140!2 -
Hi! I am 5'1 and a 1/2 inch lol. As for size....well thats a toughy i fit smalls or size 3 in pants and large for a top. Currently 167....but on my way down to 150, possibly 145 time will tell. At my absolute fittest as a gymnast and soccer player i maintained my weight at 147-150 so once i get to 150 ill see how my body is feeling and decide from there! 150 im coming for you!!!0

I went into maintenance for a while as I was training for a race, and now that that's over, I'm back to a deficit. My body has maintained at 127 pretty easily, though, so we'll see how the last few pounds go.1 -
