Losing weight with myfitnesspal

I've lost 4lbs in 3 weeks since registering and couldn't be happier :). I know it's not much but since I've started using this app I've been able to hold myself accountable which I've always had a problem doing. My personal advice to anyone trying to lose weight is to find a simple regimen that works for YOU!! Don't try any weird programs or risky diets that you know deep down inside you won't be able to continue. Start by replacing what you normally eat with a healthier substitute. At my heaviest I was around 400lbs and clocked in at 299Lbs yesterday. If anyone is interested in becoming friends and sharing stories please add me :). Let's do this together
