Pantry Item Snacks

Hello, what are some recommendations of healthy snacks that don't need to be refrigerated? I tend to snack on fruits and veggies, but need some ideas for pantry snacks. I currently have nuts and Nut Thins. Thanks!

Rice cakes and PB2 (powdered peanut butter that you just mix with water and it ends up being 45 cal for 2 tablespoons) and granola/protein bars3

My favorite pantry snacks are Wasabi peas, rice cakes, individual servings of peanut butter or PB2, almonds.1

I accidently bought the Triscuit original flavor mini's recently. They are like 5 calories apiece and still as tasty as the full-size ones.1

Smart Pop popcorn. PB2 powder (mixed with water to create a peanut butter consistency) on a graham cracker. Dried fruit. Dry cereal. Nabisco makes pop chips that are really good and only 130 calories for 30 grams.1

Kid's Yo-Yo (fruit paste in a spiral and only about 50 cals for two it is like eating sweets but as part of your 5 a day!)

I make 100 calorie zip lock baggies of almonds.
I think it's about 13 almonds in case you don't have a food scale.2
