This is how many calories i have said "no" to so far! This is silly and just for fun but that's a lot of extra food I would have easily been eating! 49lbs at 3500 Cals per lb.how many Cals have you kicked to the curb?

I think OP is using the 3,500 calories per pound formula. Pounds lost x 3,500=the answer.
