Need friends for motivation!!

I'm a 36 year old stay at home mom. In the last two years I've gained 48 pounds. Mostly to do with being a stay at home person, not as active as I should be. I will take any advice and criticism I need to get back down to 145-150. Please help!! In the past I've never been extremely active but will get there in baby steps.. Add me!

I am not a mother, but I've had similar struggles. I've done labor most of my life. The first time I took a sedentary desk job, I gained 60 pounds in 4 months. I quit the job, but I didn't successfully loose the weight until 6 years later. 16 years later and I have a sedentary desk job again, and it is a crazy struggle. My best advice is to make activity a priority. An absolute priority, you wouldn't let your kid down or an employer down; treat your body in the same way.1
