Hello. I am on the herbalife diet. I have under eaten dramitcally today.. i have only consumed 872 calories and thats including dinner! I am not suuposed to eat passed 6pm and it is 6 on the dot now. Should i eat something or should i just leave it. I am not hungry as i just had dinner(lean cuisine meal) but i do not want to under eat because i want to lose weight and i do not want that to effect my weight loss.
Thanks in advance,
Ilona.

the time of day or night that you eat doesn't matter0

You must consume at least 1,200 calories per day. If you continue to under eat, chances are you're putting your body in starvation mode and it will only store fat for survival instead of burning it. Try to include some snacks in your diet too.0

Why are you not allowed to eat after 6pm? If it is part of the diet you are following I'm guessing that it is just a rule put in place to stop you snaking at night when you are not hungry. Thats pretty early. I would have something later if you are hungry.0

I'd eat something if I were you. I don't know about other people but I cannot sleep well if I am starving - my body hates me for not feeding it so won't let me get to sleep! Do you have something around the house relatively fulfilling, healthy and low calories? Like an apple?0

Herbalife sucks!! I used to sell it. It's not really maintainable, it's about making profits not making people healthy. Following a healthy diet, I feel, is a much healthier, long term and satisfying option but if the herbalife works for you then I wish you all the best. I'm just not a fan of it, I was basically advised to lie and say I lost a load of weight using the product in order to sell it and there is nothing in there that you wouldn't find in an ordinary protein/diet shake for a fraction of the price and it sounds like you're not eating enough calories. You can lose just as much weight by following a healthy eating plan and you'll probably benefit more and be happier and healthier for doing so .0

100% agree. I tried it before but after I got thin and stopped it, my weight only went back triple. Losing weight without exercise is just ridiculous, you will only lose water and muscle but not fat. I don't recommend it to others. Nothing compares to the basics like PROPER DIET (not those stupid fancy diets) and exercise. Plus you can save lots of money instead of throwing it away for such useless thing as Herbalife.0 -

If it's just one day it wont hurt to be under. If it's regular then as mentioned before that isn't good. If your not hungry don't force yourself to eat, but 6 is really early so you might be hungry later on. If eating past 6 is against the diet i can't imagine 1 day eating a little later will ruin it like 1 day under 1200 cals wont ruin it.0 -
A lot of my friends have lost weright on herbalife so i thought why not i ended up eating an apple and a hand full of unsalted nuts. I am exercising as well not just doing this diet. I am doing intense hard exercise 5-6 days a week. i do not rely on herbalife i mainly just have 1 shake a day and for lunch I will have some salmon on cruskets and for dinner i will make a stirfry or if the boyfriend decides to eat take out(my favourite lol) i will get a lean cuisine meal. Thanks for all your help everyone and thanks for the advice on the herbalife i may just use the rest of what i have now and just make a fruit smoothie instead of a morning0
