Dont know of any online, but usually health stores have samples during busy hours of weekends and such.0

As someone else mentioned, try health stores like GNC and similar to see if they give out free samples of protein powder.
Until then, some cheap ways to get protein are tuna fish and eggs, and even yogurt.0 -
