    Eating that much less than you're suppose to isn't going to help you, it actually hinders you.

    You just posted something similar on the 8th. You didn't respond in that thread. Have you looked over the responses and taken any of that into consideration?

    And on June 16 too.

    That's not going to help with making effective suggestions or changes.

    @ljordan1963

    Can you check over the responses you've been getting in these threads and answer some of the questions? Without knowing what you are doing now, we can't give you any helpful suggestions.

    @ljordan1963 You've had really good responses in your other two threads. Have you had a chance to try any of those suggestions?

    Here are the links to your other threads if you have trouble finding them. There's good advice there.

    Her not returning to the threads to read them isn't going to help.

    Ah ok. I hope eventually something will help, but who knows.

    Is she just posting for attention? Always climbing she's starving herself on 600 cals but just starting another thread when all she gets is good advice.

    I see she didn't come back to this post either.

    Maybe just venting and not actually wanting help? Or confused about how this all works? That's why I tried tagging her. I see you did too, and Jane linked the other threads.

    I may send a PM later.

    @ljordan1963 If I was eating that little, I would not be "full" and I would most definitely be losing a lot more weight than I currently am (eating around 1400). I'm afraid you must be overestimating the amount you're actually eating.

    Look at the responses to your other threads - you had some good advice in all of them, but the only posts you've made are to start these threads claiming you're eating next to nothing but not losing. You don't answer the questions people ask of you. If you really do want help and aren't just looking for attention, then start taking the advice you've been given and you will start losing.

    If you're not prepared to take advice and are just looking for someone to tell you you're a special snowflake and should give up trying, then we can't help you.
