B12 shots? Unless you're deficient, it's not going to do a thing. In the context of a weight loss plan, it's pretty much useless. Just out of curiosity, was this from a weight loss clinic, and what does the accompanying diet look like?4

Aside from give you vitamins, they aren't going to do anything to help you lose weight. The claims I just read online that they "detox" you set my woo meter to red.
Fill out your profile, stick to a calorie deficit and you'll do great. If the injections are costing you money I'd rethink that.2 -
Thank you all and yes I have to pay for them.Yes at a weight loss clinic.0

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
These will NOT do anything! Don't keep getting ripped off! Stop the injections and walk away from that stupid scamwoo clinic NOW!
The only tools you need are MFP, a food scale, and your willpower. You can eat all the foods you like, just keep it under your calorie goal and have realistic expectations.5 -
You were ripped off.0

Hi Felicia,
The only money you need to spend to lose weight is to buy a digital kitchen scale.

Sorry but they don't work. Eat at a calorie deficit and you'll lose weight. There's no short cuts or quick fixes.2

Weight loss clinics are mostly fronts for MLM-type scams and VLCDs. Even if they're run by doctors, what those doctors are practicing isn't medicine.6 -
Thanks everyone.0

Another hype. Prepare to pay a fortune. The greatest tool for weight-loss is counting calories. it's healthy, it works and it doesn't cost you a fortune.0

I know it sucks to be told you're wasting your money, but you are. I promise. You don't need expensive injections to lose weight.2

Wow you guys were harsh. I know this is a few months old but wow. Sometimes people need more than a digital scale and will power. I- for one- have hypothyroid. After my daughter was born 5 years ago (where I gained 70 pounds) I did everything to loose weight. Aside from the initial 20 pound water weight, nothing else was coming off. For 4 years dieted and exercised. Tried and followed (for extended times) diet plans (weight watchers, Herbalife, shake programs, low carb, no carb, tracking calories, etc) along with working out 4-6 days a week (weights, cardio, hiit, yoga, etc) did it all and the scale stayed between 195 and 205 no matter what.
I finally went to a weight loss clinic a year ago and found out my thyroid levels were low. Over the first few months, my weight dropped about 10 pounds and had been hovering around 185. After 4 months of no change from 185, I tried the lipo shot a few weeks ago and the scale moved for the first time in a while. Believe me when I say it's not just mind power because I am the most skeptical person there is. I researched it though and the effect of the vitamins on the liver makes sense.
I'm still in the first month of this. I'm 5'6" and can keep up with any work out. Done 8Ks and mud runs and can keep up with the group. I just want the extra weight off so I'm not putting my knees and joints through the stress. I'd be happy with under 160- I was 155 before pregnancy.2 -
Or eat a balanced diet that gives you the vitamin mix or take a multivitamin. Much cheaper and less painful0
