    Lots of success stories in the "success stories" section :# . But I like it (: the people keep me coming back, lots of motivation, and it keeps me accountable of what goes in my mouth.

    I've lost 36 lbs and hit my maintenance goal through MFP so I love it! Definitely worth giving it a try. Check out the Success stories forum. There's a ton of inspirational posts there.
