B) hello everyone ! I'm new to this app. So far amazing!
I've been on my "healthy journey" for 2 months now and I am currently down 25 pounds. If anyone has any meal ideas and healthy snack ideas I would really appreciate the ideas . (Also please low cab foods.) Any advice would be great . Thanks!

There is a low carb group that's pretty active. I'm not sure where it is. Try the search feature for it, or maybe someone who has the link can post it for you.

Congrats on your results so far!!

I love edamame and any other kinds of beans. They aren't exactly low carb though. I love having chicken breasts as snacks and I usually have a sauce like buffalo or mustard. It keeps it different. I did like to do lunch meat roll ups with cheese... I'm trying to stay away from pre-packaged meat right now tho.

@abitofbliss thanks ! I just bought today meat and stuff for meat roll ups. :) I think I'll try the chicken with different sauces .

When I tried low carb the sugar free jello saved me because there was a "treat" involved. String cheese was also good.

I love to cook chicken breast to have with half of a sweet potato & broccoli and have leftovers the next day and chicken for a few more meals. It can be eaten alone, in a wrap with lettuce, tomato, onion & a dollop of sour cream, made into chicken salad with just a little low fat mayo or in a nice garden salad or stir fry with a little olive oil and peppers/onions. I love parmesan crusted tilapia with brown rice and vegetables too. For snacks I love spinach dip with carrots or celery with laughing cow cheese and love hummus with carrots too. 90 calorie fiber bars are good for a quick fix in mind and fiber helps as well as raisins or yogurt raisins or dried prunes. Love trail mix but I need to pre-portion or I could get carried away. Apples and peanut butter are a fave. Love frozen grapes too.
