"Almond Joy Frappe"

Number of servings

Serves 1 people
Ingredients Cal & Carbs
Dannon - Yogurt - Light & Fit Carb & Sugar Control Vanilla, 4 oz; (FROZEN) 45 3
Blue Diamond - Almond Breeze - Chocolate - Unsweetened, 8 oz 45 3
Hershey's - Hershey's Cocoa-Unsweetened, 1 tbs 10 3
Mccormick - Coconut Extract, 1 tsp

Total: 100 Per Serving

This is my updated version...I tried a smaller 4oz container of vanilla yogurt ( shake is not as thick as frozen 6oz yogurt) but I added unsweetened cocoa powder and in place of Davinci coconut syrup I added just the coconut EXTRACT ...brings the shake to 100 Cals.
It's so good...the yogurt gives it enough sweetness.

I'm thinking that you could add a SHOT of AMMARETTO and it would make a nice frozen adult beverage! Just up the calories for the liquor. :drinker:

Sounds yum but the problem is, I cannot get alot of the ingredients/the country where I live wouldn't have alot of alternatives. You's would have more choice over there.
