My goal is to have less than 100g of carbs and 100g of protien a day and it seems to help a lot!0

Isn't 80g too low tho? Even if he's cutting??
My usual macro is P160: C240: F55; and when I'm cutting, I keep my protein at 160 and gradually decrease carbs to 165.0
