Me too! I went camping this weekend and ate too many treats. I need to cut back big time again!0

That was then, this is now!!! You gotta try to let go of the bad days, everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, has a bad day here and there, a bad week, hell even a bad month. You need to just look forward into the future, what your goal weights are, and focus on that, not on what you've done this week. Don't worry about that, get refocused, and you'll definitely reach your goals!0

Okay guys! You sound like me a week ago. Deep breath. You can do it! New day tomorrow! Chin up!0

Feel free to add me as a friend if you would like to be motivated...:o)0

you can't change the past but you can move forward and make better choices starting now. Why start tomorrow when there is still the rest of today? Feeling peckish? Grab for fruit instead of that leftover candy. Not hungry at all? Hit the reset button on your fridge by getting rid of leftover junk... I always find that helpful, it's better in the garbage than in your body!0

Everyone has their days as stated just gotta know tomorrow is a new day and find something that motivates you, remember we are all essentially doing this for ourselves and learn that the challenge is each of ours to conquer. Be optimistic ok you messed up today but tomorrow I am going to stick strictly to my calorie range and eat healthy!0

I was out of control this weekend!!! Fourth of July is my number 2 eating holiday (#1 is Christmas #3 is Thanksgiving) I feel like a slug! I keep looking at my treadmill and I swear I can hear it growling at me! I am so full of crappy bbq hotdogs, onion dip and chips, strawberry short cake that I am afraid to eat for the rest of the week. Plus I was just switched to night shift... so I feel like I am in snack central!0

Here's some motivation for you =D.
I've ate like crap the last two weeks (tons of taco bell lol), and just exercised for the first time in two weeks, today. In that time, I managed to break a six week plateau I was on, and have lost 8lbs...no joke.
Sometimes screwing up your plans and not exercising can give your body a much needed break. When you are done...get back on the horse and ride for the finish line...it'll all work out =D.0
