    I sit at a desk job and go through a cup of Spitz every morning, it's around 300 calories a cup and I feel like I'm snacking all morning and have to work for the seeds....my lunches and dinners are around 300 to 400 calories so I can afford a 300 calorie snack :)

    I'm addicted to PB2. I love to eat plain greek yogurt (favorite brand is fage) with PB2 and a little stevia. I hardly eat anything sweet and this is my favorite treat.

    I don't do "healthy" snacks. I save my calories and go for the kill lol. Ben and Jerry before bed it is!

    Yes it's so so good! It's worth saving up calories for a serving that's for sure.
