    Hello! I am 43 and have been living in Phoenix for the last 5 1/2 years but I am from Maine! I lived there the first 37 years of my existance. Where do you live in Maine?

    Another Mainah here...live in L/A, work in Portland area.

    Oh, to be honest, I'm not a REAL Mainer - I was born out of state but my family's from here and I've lived here since I was 2 years old! Although - I heard that as long as your grandparents are buried here (mine are), that makes you a real Mainer regardless of where you were born. What do you think? LOL!!

    Hi and welcome! I don't live in Maine but we vacation there often My husband is in the Navy Reserves and has done and will be doing again in Aug. his two weeks at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. We met in Boston years ago and have family still in that area. His aunt and uncle have a second place in Emden, ME where we will be staying in Aug. Love it up there! Love New England!!!!

    I live in Maine also. I'm in "the county" as they call it. Fort Fairfield. But I'm originally from NH, moved here 5 years ago.
