No more diets!

After many failed diet attempts I have made the decision to stop dieting! Ive learned that these lose fast magic potions are just a money making gimmick. And adkins and every other diet that restricts you from having good food are just doorways to failure! So I will excersise and Ill have everything in moderation. Also I need to be patient. It wont happen overnight. And just remember dont give up!
