    What is the Paleo diet? Ive always heard about it just never knew exactly what it consisted of.

    Hi : :smile:Here Is the short version...you basically eliminate all grains,dairy,legumes, sugars (including honey, articfical) processed foods and eat meats,poultry,Fish,vegetables,fruits and nuts. Supposed to mimic they way "our Paleolithic ate":smile:

    I'm on a paleo restart, in which you eat whats allowed for 30days and then reintroduce food groups to see how your body reacts. For me, I am only doing this because I want to feel better and not bloated
