So I seem to have miraculously gained 4 pounds since Friday. I went out for dinner a few times last week as a treat as I had oral surgery yesterday, but I made sure I had enough calories to compensate, although I may have gona over a few times but nothing major. It seems impossible that I ate enough to put on 4 pounds?! I was unable to eat or drink for about 10 hours before my surgery apart from a few sips of water and when I could eventually eat I could only manage a small bowl of mashed potato and a tiny pot of ice cream. I only managed to drink two or three glasses of water also. Could this lack of food/water have contributed towards my weight gain? I am also quite bloated atm

Its probably because of the lack of water you took in over the last 24 hours. Try making sure you get in at least 90 oz of water for the next 3 days. It should help bust off the weight you gained0

Are you on any pain medication? That will dehydrate you and cause bloating.0
